[tutorial] How to Vote on Johnny's Ranking?

2) when you get to the page, you can choose who you want to vote for :

as for why i only put the names of NEWS members...is cuz i onli know their names O_O or else i dont know the whole group's name and it would be wierd to put like half a group...
so ill look up the names and put them on here!

no limits on how many votes, just keep refreshing the page.
note: opening two of the same page wouldnt work (i've tried)
